Overnight oats made even easier and more exciting with Nutristrength.
A summery twist to your standard overnight oats.
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk (or any other plant based milk)
2 beetroots or 1 scoop of nutristrength’s Natural Beet Powder
1tbsp chia seeds
Blend the milk, banana, apple and beetroot powder (or beetroot) in a food processor until completely smooth.
Then add the oats and seeds to the liquid.
Leave in a sealed container in the fridge overnight and then load with all your favourite toppings in the morning… I’d recommend almond butter and blueberries.
An ideal on-the-go breakfast or snack.
